Payment

All payments are handled by the Easy Checkout function from our partner NETS. You can read the terms of use from NETS here.

In Easy checkout you can choose to pay with Swish, Card or Invoice. When choosing an invoice, an invoicing fee of SEK 25 will be added.

PLEASE NOTE also that when selecting  invoice, we transfer the receivable to NETS so payment must be made to them using the specified methods. Any late fees, claims, etc. in the event of non-payment will also come from NETS. If you think that their demands on you are incorrect, you should first contact them, but also let us know.

NETS is a company that guarantees a fast and secure payment.
Payment is made via a secure connection. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are encrypted. They use the latest security technology for online credit card payments – 3D-Secure – a standard developed by VISA and MasterCard with the intention of securely validating the consumer when buying online.
When the card information is received, and encryption is no longer necessary, the user can return to the store – then a warning can be displayed that you are coming to an insecure site. This is completely in order and does not involve any security risk, all sensitive data is then already handled.

This is how it works

When you have chosen to pay by card, fill in the fields Card number, Expired (month / year) and CVC. The information that has been provided is checked.

What is Security Code (CVC)?

To increase security, you as a customer are asked to enter the last three digits printed in the signature field on the back of the card. This code is sent to the card issuer for verification and verification.

Where can I find the code on the card?

On Visa and MasterCard you will find the code which are the last three digits in the signature field on the back of the card.

Why does a security code have to be entered?

This is to increase security. These figures are randomly generated by the card issuer and may only be used as verification for Distance Trading purchases.
If you want to know more about the security code, contact your bank or card issuer.

Age limit for orders

Customers under the age of 18 must have a guardian’s permit to place orders with us.

Prices

The prices of our goods are stated as a basis in Swedish kronor. However, you can choose to display the process in another currency. By default, prices are shown including VAT. Any shipping and handling fee as well as invoicing fee are always shown including VAT. VAT is also displayed in kronor before you confirm the order. VAT is 25%.

Shipping costs are added to all orders with an order value below SEK 600 within Sweden and SEK 1,000 outside Sweden but within the EU.

When you add something to the shopping cart, you can see what the estimated shipping and handling cost will be. The shipping cost is then added to the total cost before you confirm your order.

To shop with us, you must enter information in all fields that are mandatory at check-out / payment. If we do not have your e-mail address, we can not send an order confirmation and we can not notify you of known delivery delays or if any part of your order can not be delivered.

The personal information you provide to us is used for order processing, invoicing, information, marketing and other purposes that aim to make our service work as well as possible.
